Ofer Cohen
Technological Leader | Business & Engineering Operations
Founder and CEO of B.A.T (Business Advanced Technology), a consultancy that designs and builds reliable, energy-efficient data center infrastructure for businesses across Israel and the region.
Services: data center design, electromechanical and IT design, AI server cooling, 400G network design, cybersecurity and CISO-as-a-Service, project management, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction.
Leveraging over 30 years of engineering and operations experience, I lead projects end to end — from initial design through 24/7 ongoing support — delivering mission-critical facilities built for reliability, sustainability, and scale.
Selected experience: planned and built 10 data centers in Israel; delivered facilities and server farms for clients including Intel Habana, Seagate, Elta Systems, and GenCell Energy.
